Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the individual accounts of private aircraft owners
- Handle new account creation and provide advice and assistance to our clients on all aircraft technical and engineering issues
- Investigating and solving clients’ problems and ensuring that feedback from clients are resolved and followed through
- Understand company maintenance capabilities and services and be able to communicate these information to clients
- Provide a regular two-way communication between the client and our team
- Develop customer service policies, procedures and standards for the company
Requirements:
- Possess a good Degree in Marketing or Engineering, with preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Candidates with a Private Pilot License will be preferred.
- People-oriented and possess excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, multi-task and be proactive in delivering quality service
- Hold a passion for flying and/or aircraft
Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE)
Requirements:
- must possess any one of the following certification:-
- general aircraft – b1.2 or b2
- should possess m9 / m10
- preferred with license – caas (singapore), casa (australia), dgca (malaysia), caa (uk), cadc (hong kong)
- the successful lame's license (any one of the above) must be current and valid
- minimum 3 years relevant experience
- shift duty required
Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact with customers on sales and sales enquiries
- Monitoring of estimated delivery dates, and ensuring that parts reach customers on time
- Maintaining store conditions as required by CAAS SAR-145
- Ensuring customer satisfaction for on-time deliveries
- Preparation, submission and filing of quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of deliveries
- Furnish customers with monthly updates on estimated delivery dates against outstanding purchase orders
- Liaising and hastening for AOG/urgent spare requirements, and for spares that are underperforming in their procurement lead times
- Liaising with freight forwarders for incoming deliveries
- Responsible for the housekeeping of store
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from a local Polytechnic or a relevant Nitec from ITE, preferably with some experience in the aviation industry
- Possess a Class 3 driving license, preferably with airfield driving permit
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have initiative and be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Be either a Singaporean or Singapore PR
- Salary range: $1200 - $1500
Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair, modification and inspection of aircraft parts & components
- Perform troubleshooting and rectification of aircraft defects
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from a local Polytechnic or a relevant Nitec from ITE, preferably with some experience in the aviation industry and have undergone CAAS basic examinations
- Shift duty required
Systems Management Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management covering areas such as project timeline, deliverables and project expenditure (profit and loss and projected cash flow)
- Take ownership of tasks within the scope of the project and to provide regular feedback to the respective directors on the progress.
*Has the option of crossing over to the Quality Management Department in the future
Requirements:
- Possess a good Engineering degree
- Be energetic and innovative
- Be a hands-on person and committed to follow up on issues related to system engineering
- Willing to learn and able to multi-task well
- Be able to work independently and as a good team player
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
